Amazingly A “mazed”

Today was a really fun day with our billet in Leamington! We tried last night after dinner to go to the corn maze a few kilometres down the road, but we got there and they were closed! Our billet laughed and said the exact same thing happened with the Beach Party Team the year before. We were like, aww well it’s open tomorrow! So we decided to go today. It was awesome for me, because being from the maritimes, always having been a city girl (not big cities) I hadn’t really seen corn fields up close. I find them so beautiful! I learned so much about corn today, and other random trivia because the CORN Maze had questions we had to answer along our way. There were also wonderful photo-ops, with country bumpkins set up as a band, even though they were made of straw, tractors to play on, pumpkins, tire horses, and just so much more! It was so nice to be out in the fresh country air The sun was shining so we didn’t even need our coats most of the time. AND the best part is, we only hit a few dead ends and were overall very successful getting out of the maze. Myself, Marlene, and the Natalies’ had a great adventure today!
