The "Blind Side"

Tonight a group of the Beautiful Unique Girl team went to the movies! We went to see the “Blind Side”. This movie was hyped up to be so good and it was! I am so picky with movies because it seems today that movies harm us more than do good for us. This movie was so, so, so, appropriate. It was touching and heartfelt but funny. It really is the kind of movie that makes you feel you can change the world one small act at a time starting now. I love happy endings—especially when there is a rough beginning that has to be resolved. The main character, “Big Mike”, or “Michael” as he is called later, grows up in a really rough situation, but this is the story of a family taking him in as their own son and helping him become successful. The movie certainly has Christian undertones as well within the family and the school they attending, talk of church and prayer groups, etc. WOW, I sound like a movie critic. Either way, it was great and it was nice to hang out with our friends from the Young Adults group at Eastview, Holla!
